At Towanda, I offer a range of services, pricing, and scheduling options to best suit everyone's needs. If there is still a time you're not seeing here, I am happy to work with you to find a time for our initial meeting and to discuss further options.

FREE Initial Interview
Finding the right Doula or Childbirth Educator is vital to ensuring the goals of that relationship can be fulfilled. This connection helps reduce stress, fosters a positive birth environment, and enhances the overall birth experience for you and your partner. A good rapport allows me to better understand and meet your unique needs, making the journey more empowering and positive.

Prenatal Support
Prenatal Support Package
Can be tailored to meet your needs and budget. Let’s chat to come up with the best plan for you!
Full Package $750
Includes:
Three prenatal visits:

Meeting One: We will get better acquainted and review your intake forms. I will spend time learning more about you, your family, and your birth goals and preferences. I will also give tips on preparing your body and mind for labor and give you resources to begin thinking about your birth plan. (Scheduled for as early as you would like after signing contract)

Meeting Two: We will discuss the stages of labor and explore tips and comfort measures for each stage. We will discuss possible interventions as well as c-section support. We will also review ways that your partner can best support you in labor. (Usually around 24 weeks.)

Meeting Three: We will review your birth plan/preferences, review tools for labor, practice advocacy, discuss infant care preferences, go over last weeks of pregnancy prep, as well as your postpartum plan. (Usually around 32-34 weeks and preferably no later than 36 weeks. Your doctor will likely want to discuss your birth plan by 36 weeks)
*Each meeting will last approximately 1.5 hours. and I promise we'll have some fun in the middle ;)

Labor comfort tools available for use such as labor ball, massage gun, heating pad etc. as well as flameless candles and twinkle lights to provide ambiance at your request.

Immediate postpartum support after delivery for up to two hours as requested

One postpartum visit at your home after the baby is born to discuss the birth experience and provide resources for the postpartum period. I will also bring a meal for you to enjoy.

Phone and email support for up to six weeks after baby is born

Assistance with initial breastfeeding, if requested

I am not a postpartum doula but will be happy to provide referrals to one if requested.

I am not an IBCLC but have been through a breastfeeding education course. I say that to note, I will support you to the best of my ability but will refer you to an LC or IBCLC if your needs go beyond my scope.
